unit’s work is an “ACT-effort” based
on the Housing First principle.

improve the conditions of the individual vulnerable person
on the streets, and to generate knowledge of, and
attention to, the excluding factors
of society in order to reduce them.
A street team (from the Capital-Region Psychiatry) consisting of
psychiatric nurses and other health professionals, who
in corporation with outreach
social workers, provide outreach psychiatric assistance
to homeless people.
